Who am i?, What do i do to improve?

I'm 18 and my name is Federico Gelabert, currently i'm studying a career to be a Front-end Developer and also i'm doing a course of Affiliate Marketing (both courses can be considered in the same niche). I consider myself as a self-learner, because i'm better being an organized person than a non-routine person. I like to imagine and perform better and future situations that can bring myself benefits.

Since i'm a kid i've liked use computers, create videos and be the owner of interactive communities. My most recently community that i created was a Freestylers Community, where people who like or love practice freestyle can compete for a reward and exclusive roles.
